This allows you to combine several ‘half’ accessories with each other , instead of your barbecue grid being fully occupied for only one cooking method. So on the Kamado Joe you can do both direct and indirect cooking at the same time! It also comes with a two-piece grill rack and a rack that allows you to grill on multiple levels.
