YAKINIKU KAMADO BBQ
YAKINIKU was born out of a deep passion for fire and grilling meat. The year 2014 is when YAKINIKU slowly came to life. The search for the original Kamado took us to Japan, where this particular grill has its origins. With this in mind, they decided to develop a Kamado that would perfectly suit the needs of the European market.
The YAKINIKU Kamado, which means ‘grilled meat’ in Japanese, is a high-end grill inspired by traditional Japanese technique. Thanks to its oval shape, air circulates optimally inside the Kamado, ensuring perfect temperature control. By easily regulating the oxygen supply, you have full control over the temperature in your Kamado.

WHY A YAKINIKU KAMADO?
YAKINIKU® is all about quality, precision and elegance. The ceramic barbecues not only offer a luxurious look but are also made from the very best materials. The success of the YAKINIKU® Kamado comes from its ceramic housing, which consists of 33 millimeter thick ceramic combined with cordierite. This ensures that the Kamado reaches high temperatures quickly and the heat is retained perfectly. Thanks to this technology, the Kamado 50 to 70% consumes less charcoal than traditional open barbecues.
The special construction, with glazed thick ceramic walls, protects the Kamado from weather influences. This makes the YAKINIKU® Kamado not only ideal for summer, but also perfect for winter grilling.

THE YAKINIKU SHICHIRIN
In addition to the Kamado, YAKINIKU® has also developed the Shichirin - a compact and versatile table grill that you can easily carry or move around. This Japanese grill brings coziness directly to the dining table. Ideal for preparing smaller, delicate cuts of meat, the Shichirin creates a unique experience while cooking. Traditionally in Japan, the Shichirin is made of Dolomite or river clay, but the YAKINIKU® version is made of high-quality ceramic, allowing it to reach temperatures as high as 1000°C! The special thing about grilling with the round Shichirin is the social aspect: you sit together around the fire, making for an atmospheric experience. The rectangular version is often used by chefs to prepare small, delicate dishes that require a more precise approach.
