Smokewood Smoking Wood is a fantastic product made from original whiskey barrels made from American oak. The wood in this container has imparted its flavor to the world's most refined Scotch Single Malt whiskeys for as many as 60 years and is therefore saturated with the flavor of these whiskey varieties! The powerful whiskey aroma of the Smokewood Smoking Wood will add a delicious flavor to your meat, fish or vegetables!

There are 4 different cuts:

1. Fine (ideal for smoking cold dishes, use with a smoke box)
2. Middle (small shreds of about 5-8 mm, ideal for charcoal barbecues and smoke boxes)
3. Rough cut (must soak in a little water for 30 minutes before sprinkling over the glowing coals)
4. Mini blocks (you can sprinkle directly over the coals without soaking in water first)
