The fireplate for the Classic allows you to use the barbecue as a teppanyaki grill. The 8 mm thick steel fireplate with a diameter of 74 cm is placed on the Monolith Classic. In the middle of the fireplate is an opening where you can attach the cast iron top vent of the lid. This way you control the temperature as you are used to. Before the first use, it is recommended to burn in the fireplate.
