Through the Touch Screen on the OLED Display you can easily set the different dishes step by step. The 4 probes and the Pro XL Block work nicely together, both the core and ambient temperatures are measured after which you can read them both on the Block and on your Smartphone or Tablet. The Pro XL has room for 4 Meaters and is also the charging station for the Meater(s) after use.
