Je bedekt het rooster van je Big Green Egg voor de helft waardoor je tegelijkertijd indirect kunt bakken/ slow cooken en op de andere helft grillen. Bij gebruik van 2 halve ConvEGGtor stenen creëer je een volledige indirecte zone en heb je de standaard ConvEGGtor niet meer nodig. Leverbaar vanaf half april 2021.
The half moon ConvEGGtor baking stone has the following advantages:
- Simultaneous direct and indirect preparations.
- This product can possibly replace the original ConvEGGtor and is more flexible in use because of its divisibility.
- Larger indirect zone than the standard ConvEGGtor when using 2 half stones.
