When using 2 half ConvEGGtor stones, you create a full indirect zone and no longer need the standard ConvEGGtor.
The half moon ConvEGGtor baking stone has the following advantages:
- Simultaneous direct and indirect preparations.
- This product can possibly replace the original ConvEGGtor and is more flexible in use because of its divisibility.
