Ordering

Placing an order is done in a few simple steps:

1. Choose your product
First search for the product you want to buy (you can also use the search function in the web shop). Then add the product to the shopping cart by clicking the ”add to cart” button. You can now search for the next product or you can complete the order by going to the shopping cart (top right) and then click on ”checkout”.

2. Shopping Cart
In your shopping cart, you can remove products or select multiple quantities of the same product. You can also apply any discount coupons. If everything is correct you can proceed to checkout.

3. Address
Here you can enter the billing/delivery address and in the order notes at the bottom provide any wishes or delivery instructions.

5. Pay
Choose one of our payment options and check again that all details are correct. Accept our terms and conditions and then click ”place order”. You will now be redirected to the secure environment of the chosen payment option where you can complete the payment.

Tip: we recommend that you create an account. If you have an account, you can log in and checkout faster. You can also order without an account, but you must fill in your address.

After you have completed your order in our webshop, we will of course keep you informed about the further processing:

1. You will receive a confirmation email from us with an order summary and the invoice attached. In some cases the order confirmation may have ended up in the spam box. Please always check this as well.

2. After the order reaches us, we get right to work shipping everything! Tables and outdoor kitchens are passed directly to our carpenter for production.

3. As soon as the barbecue and/or accessories are shipped you will receive the Track & Trace information from us. With this information you know exactly when the order will be delivered to you.

4. Nevertheless, if you still have questions about your order, do not hesitate and contact our customer service.

No definitely not, if you don't want to create an account that's no problem. You just enter your address information then.

It is very convenient to have an account at Cookers & Grills, though.

With your email address and password you have access to your own Cookers & Grills account. That means: quickly place an order, check the status of your order, view your order history, easily edit your details and keep your own wish list.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, we would like to ask you to first check if the order has already been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can no longer change the address, the carrier or the order itself.

If the order has not been shipped yet, in case of delivery with DHL you can easily change the delivery address via the track & trace link. Should your order be delivered with one of our other carriers or if you have not yet received a track & trace link, we advise you to contact our customer service.

Delivery & Delivery Time

Cookers & Grills uses the following shipping rates. Netherlands: from €7,95 per order. Belgium: from €10,95 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €350. You can find more about our rates at Delivery & Delivery Time.

If ordered before 3 p.m., delivery is often made as early as the next business day. Of course you can also choose the day you want to receive the products. Your wishes are our main focus. We always deliver barbecues, barbecue tables and outdoor kitchens by appointment. Orders of loose accessories we send with a regular parcel. The order will be packed with the utmost care and, if in stock, shipped the same day.

The moment an order goes out the door with us, you will receive an email from us or the carrier with shipping information so you can track your order.

Please note! BBQ tables and outdoor kitchens are delivered from our own workshop separately from the barbecue. We make a separate delivery appointment for this. The average delivery time for a barbecue table is 2 to 4 weeks. For (custom) outdoor kitchens, a longer delivery time is applicable in consultation.

How annoying!!! This means that we have not yet received the product or that it is sold out. It then says with the product: temporarily sold out. However, we have come up with a very nice tool for you as a customer. You can leave your email below the product to be the first to be notified when it is back in stock. This way you are guaranteed the fastest delivery and you won't miss out.

Sometimes one or more products from your order may not be immediately available. We keep these in backorder. As soon as we receive the product we will contact you and deliver the product immediately. When you have more than one product in backorder, it is sometimes difficult to say in advance what the final delivery time will be. We receive regular updates from importers but notice that there are sometimes delays. It is currently not possible to proactively keep everyone informed of the status and delivery time of the backorder. When we get word that the product is out of stock for a significant period of time we will contact you to discuss options.

Ordered today, delivered tomorrow! We try to live up to this promise.

Nevertheless, it can sometimes happen that the shipment does not arrive on time or you have just missed the package via our delivery service. You can rest assured that we will do our utmost to deliver the order as soon as possible.

Some practical tips:

  • In the track & trace data, the status of the shipment can be viewed.
  • See if a non-home notice was left by the delivery person.
  • If necessary, check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered there.

When ordering a barbecue, we contact you personally almost immediately for a delivery appointment. If ordered before 3 p.m., we can often deliver the very next day. Of course, in consultation with us, you may also decide on which day you would like to receive the barbecue.

We ship orders of loose accessories with regular parcel post. The order will be packed with the utmost care and, if in stock, shipped the same day. You can also specify a desired delivery date here. This is easiest via the order notes on the checkout page.

Orders placed in the webshop can also be picked up in our showroom. This option can be selected when completing the order.

aservice

Cookers & Grills offers the option of fully assembling your barbecue on site. For a delivery including assembly, we will deliver and install your barbecue at your home.

The mechanic will install the barbecue including all accessories and then set it up ready for use in the desired location. If you have any questions about using your new barbecue, you can ask the technician directly. We won't leave until you are completely satisfied and can start using your new barbecue with peace of mind.

Requesting assembly is very easy. On the product page of each barbecue you can directly select delivery with or without assembly. Simply select your desired option before adding the product to your cart.

Do you choose assembly? Then this will automatically be added to your order and we will take care of the rest.

Are you buying the barbecue in our showroom? Then inform one of our employees that you would like to use our assembly service.

If you choose delivery including assembly, the barbecue and all accessories will first be delivered to you by our carrier by appointment. A separate appointment will then be made by our technician for the assembly. This appointment is, depending on how busy it is, within 1 to 3 working days after the delivery of your barbecue.

 

Returning

Still not happy with your purchase? All your purchases are subject to a 30-day cooling-off period.

All your purchases are subject to a 30-day cooling-off period. If you wish to exchange a product you can notify us. Once we receive the returned products, we will send you the new product often the same day. Any price difference will be credited to you or you will have to pay extra. For additional payment you will receive a payment link from us. You can pay the difference with the same payment method you used to pay for the original order.

Despite our care, it can always happen that an item is missing from the delivery. Please report this to us immediately by contacting the customer service. We will send the missing product the same day!

Despite the fact that everything is packed with the greatest care, it can still happen that the products get damaged during transport. That is of course very annoying! Defects or damaged products delivered must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused.

Warranty & Service

Of course, at Cookers & Grills you are entitled to a warranty. How that is regulated you can read below:

Cookers & Grills guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement.

Of course, you get at least the manufacturer's warranty and service on most products you buy from Cookers & Grills. For some products, this even ranges from 5 years to lifetime. The warranty terms apply to normal private use.

An arrangement offered as a warranty by Cookers & Grills, manufacturer or importer does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. Legal warranty means that a product must do what can reasonably be expected of it.

Thus, you may choose to report the defect/service request of the product to us, and we will pass on the defect to the respective manufacturer/importer. But you may also report the defect directly to the manufacturer.

Is your barbecue or outdoor kitchen in need of a refurbishment? With us it is possible to have maintenance and repair done at fixed rates.

Payments

You can pay with us in a variety of ways, but we also keep it safe, simple and fast! On the page Secure Payment you can read all about the various payment options in our webshop.

It may happen that a payment is declined or not approved. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing why this happens. Often this has to do with limit settings of your bank account or credit card, or a check from the payment provider.

If a payment is not successful, the order is automatically canceled and there will be no money debited.

Want to complete your order at a later time? Check if your payment limit needs to be increased or choose another payment method. You can also contact contact us; we will gladly send you a new payment link.

It may happen that a payment through Klarna fails. Klarna performs a real-time check to assess whether you may pay later. If a payment is not approved, it is usually because:

  • Data or address verification does not match
  • There are outstanding payments with Klarna
  • The purchase is outside your personal spending limit (set by Klarna)
  • Klarna additional verification cannot confirm

Tip: Try another payment method, such as iDEAL, Bancontact or credit card. You can also make a new Klarna attempt with a smaller amount. For questions about the assessment, please consult the Klarna app - unfortunately we have no influence on this.

After placing an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation from us by email. Attached to this order confirmation is the invoice as a pdf document. Keep the email with the invoice for your own records and any subsequent correspondence with us regarding deliveries or warranties.

If you have created an account in our webshop, you can also view and download the invoice digitally.

We believe it is important to protect our customers from fraudulent payments. This is because credit card and PayPal payments are susceptible to fraudsters. Payments are objectively and automatically approved or rejected based on a large number of criteria. A payment is rejected when, for example, the CVC code or expiration date of the credit card is not entered correctly, but also when an unsafe WiFi location is identified.

Would you prefer a refund after a return? No problem, we will refund this to your account immediately after receiving the goods.
